—especially women—with hands-on automotive repair skills and entrepreneurial training. As a mother of eight and an accomplished entrepreneur, Deidre understands the importance of building skills, confidence, and financial independence.

With over nine years of experience in auto body repair and painting, Deidre combines her expertise with her passion for teaching. She not only runs her own successful repair and rental businesses but also uses her knowledge to guide others in building wealth through automotive trades.

Deidre’s training programs go beyond teaching small dent repair and headlight restoration. She offers courses on how to start and grow a successful career, including becoming a licensed auto dealer in the state of Georgia. Through her leadership, The Lady’s Workshop is more than a repair shop—it’s a hub for empowerment, growth, and opportunity.
